MEET THE TEAM
Terry Isbel, Founder
Terry started selling life insurance at 19 years old, knocking door to door. He started off thinking he’d just sell insurance until he found something else, but his love for insurance grew and he went on to open his own agency. He is happily “semi” retired with his wife of 55 years, but with 8 grandchildren and a ‘67 Mustang that he is loves to drive, he sure hasn’t slowed down much!
With over 30 years of car building experience and in-depth knowledge of different makes, models and values, Terry continues to be our expert underwriter and appraiser for anything collectible with wheels!
Chaz Goodin, Agent/Owner, Sales and Marketing
Chaz and his wife, Stephanie, are the owners of Elite Insurance Group. They value relationships and strive to give their clients the best possible service and care. Insurance can be overwhelming and confusing & they hope to make it as easy and as stress free as possible.
Chaz is a University of Tennessee Alumni with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Chaz and Stephanie have three wonderful children along with two small Shih-Tzus. They co-lead the young adult ministry at their local church in Fountain City and also serves there as an Elder.
Stephanie Goodin, Agent/Owner, HR and Finance
Stephanie, daughter of Terry, co-owns Elite Insurance with her husband, Chaz, and serves as a licensed agent and account manager. Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in HR and Finance and is an excellent resource for any questions you may have about your small business, offering personalized guidance on the coverage options that best meet your unique needs.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys reading books, spending quality time with her family, and serving in her local church in Fountain City.
Kyle Arnold - Licensed Agent
Kyle love to problem solve and find solutions for any insurance situation. His passion is to help those in the community find the best possible coverages at competitive prices, and offer recommendations to strengthen your policy.
Kyle is a masterful piano player and plays on the worship team at his local church in Fountain City on Sundays and Wednesdays. He loves to golf, build model cars, and spend time with family.

A proud Powell, TN resident and Roane State alumnus, Wesley is passionate about serving in his local church. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and watching Tennessee football.
Kelly Partin - Licensed Agent
Kelly is a Kentucky native and comes to us from a financial services background in life, annuities, and long-term care solutions. He loves to spend one on one time with each client to make sure that every need for you family and business is taken care of.
He loves to golf, hunt, and fish and spend time at the lake with his family. He is involved in his local church and has served his community for over 25 years. Unfortunately, he is a Kentucky fan but we try not to hold that against him!
Lori Wright, Licensed Agent
With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lori is dedicated to going the extra mile for her clients’ auto, home, business, life and bond insurance needs.
A passionate decorator, especially at Christmas time, and a devoted church member, Lori loves serving her community and contributing to those around her. In her free time, she enjoys adding personal touches to her home and spending quality time with family and friends.
Taylor Kitts, Account Manager
Taylor is the smiling face you will see when you walk through our doors, eager to help with account management, claims service and finding creative solutions to any situation.
She is married to Brandon and they serve together at Fountain City Church in the Café and on the Welcome Team. She is a Roane State alumni with a degree in biology and enjoys reading books and crafting floral arrangements for special occasions.
Angela Mattson, Account Manager
Angela is a native of Powell, TN, and currently working on finishing up her bachelors degree in Business Administration from Johnson University. She highly values building lasting relationships with friends and mentors, and she has a strong desire to impact her community through dedication and service in all things insurance.
Angela is deeply committed in attending and serving her local church in Fountain City, spends time in fellowship with the Young Adults ministry, serves in the kids ministry on Sundays, and even makes time for some pickleball with friends on the weekends.
