Chaz Goodin, Owner and Licensed Insurance Agent

Chaz Goodin co-owns Elite Insurance Group, an independent insurance agency in Knoxville, Tennessee, with his wife, Stephanie. He has been a licensed insurance agent for more than 15 years and leads the agency's sales, marketing and agent training.

• Trains and develops the agency's agents
• Works directly with larger and more complex personal and business accounts
• Manages the agency's relationships with its insurance carriers, including Progressive, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide and Erie
• Oversees the website and how new clients find the agency

Background

Chaz is a University of Tennessee alumnus with a bachelor's degree in business management. His background in insurance claims shapes how he explains coverage: he wants every client to understand what their policy will do when they actually need it, not just what it costs.

Outside the office

Chaz and Stephanie have three children and two small Shih-Tzus. They co-lead the young adult ministry at their church in Fountain City, where Chaz also serves as an elder.
